    I wanted a computer to be able to work from home, so it had to be fast. This computer exceeds the expectations. It's fast, has a large screen, is a touch screen, and works wonderfully with all the systems I need to use for work! Plus, Copilot helps with finding things since I am not the most tech savvy most times.

    Basically a solid machine, but there were problems that should have taken Lenovo customer service seconds to fix, or better, should never have happened, took multiple messages back and forth. Ultimately they recommended turning it in...just about the time I solved it myself. Bluetooth kept dropping and Windows Update was failing repeatedly...needed a particular low level update.

    Love the backlight on the keyboard. Very sharp images. Getting used to Windows 11. Not a big fan so far. Not enough ports for other device plug ins.

    I've only had the laptop about 1 month and it has been great so far. When received, I had some issues with connecting my 2nd monitor and when trying to connect earbuds to Bluetooth; however I used ChatGPT.com which walked me through the steps to resolve all the issues. The ultimate resolution was making sure all the latest system updates were installed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I have not had the laptop long enough.
