The keypad is closer to the keyboard than my previous laptop, but ironcially the keypad does not work. Also, there is not a slot for SD cards. I have to use an adatper and it's very awkward, since I download a lot of pictures.

Disappointed though there was only 1 usb port. I bought a 4 way splitted (3.0) to solve this issue.

I have a Brother MCC-J435W. I’ve involved the Geek Squad to solve this issue, but as of the writing of this review it is unable to find a solution.
