    To fix a sound problem, it took a few months to get the correct answer to correct an out-of-the-box issue. In retrospect I should have returned the product in the first 15 days and bought something else.

    Good budget laptop and includes a fingerprint reader which usually only comes on the premium laptop models. It has a full keyboard which is also nice. The hinge seems way too stiff though which seems like it could cause you to bust off the screen. Other than that its a good budget laptop with long bettery life and smooth processing.

    Absolutely love this laptop. The features are amazing, my favorites are the fingerprint scanner and the backlight on the keyboard because I use the laptop when my kids are asleep and the lights are off. Speed is amazing, the storage is perfect, i play the sims alot and still have plenty of space left over to do other things. Overall 10/10!

    I like my new computer but, there are so many features that I have no idea about. If I knew more about the newer features I might use them. And when you are setting up your computer and have to take all the tutorials, it becomes over whelming. I hope to figure all the new technology some day.

    I am very satisfied with this product. It is quite a bit lighter than my old 17" HP Envy. I wish the instructions were clearer, but that seems to be the way most products come that way - written by someone who already is an expert. Plus, Microsoft has managed to make things much more complicated. Best Buy's service was very good.

    Fun and easy. I love the backlit keyboard. I start school in the fall. It's been 26 years since I graduated high school, so I am a little intimidated. I feel like I made the best choice buying this laptop. I can't wait to really dig into this laptop's capabilities.
