Great computer. Good battery life. Stays cool after running awhile. Great speed.

This is the 2nd Lenovo lap top we have purchased!! Our first one was purchased ~8 years ago and we finally needed a new/2nd one. The new one works great and we are pleased with its speed, volume and computer screen.

Grey computer ease to use long lasting battery well designed

I purchased this laptop for school when it was on sale. The 14" was a student pick, but $200 more than the 16", so I went with the bigger screen. So far I enjoy it. I'm able to have multiple windows open and follow along easily while taking notes in class.

This is a great computer! I was hoping the reviews wouldn't let me down since that happens. Bought this one for work and so far very pleased. I don't use the Copilot AI, but it's there if needed. Since it turns into a tablet, that has helped, and it's pretty lightweight so you don't feel like you're lugging something around. Have it for a few months and so far so good. I use this for work everyday and still just like I bought it. I will say though, the sound isn't the best. I use Hulu, Netflix, etc in the background while working and the sound has to be turned way up to hear it. You can hear it just fine, just don't like the fact it has to be almost maxed out sometimes to use.

Pretty solid laptop with decent battery life, but the power button (right side of pc) couldn't be in a worse spot. I have accidentally shut down the laptop multiple times until changing the power button configuration in settings. Also the "c" power connection is in a poor location (left side) and takes multiple tries to plug in power in a dim lit location. The performance of the laptop is fine.

It took me awhile to find this gem in Best Buy store. I have bought dozens of laptops over the years. Most of the time, I buy high-end Dell laptops but this is for my children. I like the touch and feel of the external shell. The performance is reasonable and the memory is sufficient. The screen is high resolution enough. There is no loud fan noise. The screen can fold over as a touchpad. All these goodness for such a low price. Unbelievable value.

Initially thought i was buying an I7 processor laptop from what the best buy associate sold me. I opened the laptop at the store and to my disappointment it was not what i thought I ordered. Best Buy said try it and if you don’t like it we can exchange it for something else. I was pretty impressed with the quality and results of this laptop. It actually has a higher review rating than the more expensive I7. I will keep it and was happy with the overall price. I ended up buying it on sale for 300$ off.

This computer has excellent speed and clarity! The Geek squad did a great job of transferring my data from my old computer to my new one!

Great laptop excellent battery and experience good

Great battery power, large screen, sturdy, great picture quality.

Once we got by the glitch of the keyboard not working, it seems to be a great laptop. (The keyboard issue we were told by Geek Squad was due to a Microsoft update that causes the keyboard to stop working, requiring us to go in to the setttings and uninstall the keyboard and restart the laptop to fix)

In the process of setting up my brand new Lenovo yoga 7 2 in 1 laptop...I was locked out by Bit Locker. I had to go to my Microsoft account to get the 20 digit recovery key. Then after doing that and getting the laptop to open...it did it again. Finally.. online..I learned how to deactivate Bit Locker. I didn't know that that Bit Locker was installed on the laptop. It was a hassle that I feel that I didn't have to endure. The laptop is fine now.

I was sad when my other Lenovo laptop died and I was not prepared to get a new one. The price was a little high but then went on a black friday discount so I was able to get the difference back. I love this new laptop. It has all the features I want such as a light up keyboard, numerical pad, and tablet mode. It exceeds all my needs for what I use my laptop for. I highly recommend.

Performs well, lots of features, sleek design. Battery life could be better.

For what I was wanting in an upgrade with my on-the-go workstation, this fulfills my needs. I'm a beginner video editor/photoshop for the company work for creating video and static ads. This laptop is so far able to handle all the editing I've been doing without any dropping frames, lag, and so on. The footage I work with is not 4k footage so I'm not sure how it holds up with 4k clips.
