    Returned Lenovo laptop because the BIOS would not install, I wonder if this laptop was refurbished.

  • Poor Quality Controls ruin an otherwise good PC

    This was a purchase to replace my wife's aging Asus laptop. In total I ended up getting two units. The first unit was immediately defective out of the box, the system would blue screen whenever it tried to connect to WiFi. The second worked well for a week, but in that time the mouse pad developed a crunchy feeling and sound when pressed, and the system would suddenly slow down and produce App errors for systems applications. When it finally started to crash unexpectedly, I returned it again. Didn't even last two weeks.
