    I've taken 3 trips to Best Buy since our purchase date of 30 Jun 25. 115miles round trip. It keeps loosing Blue Tooth.

We wish to provide the best experience possible, so if you'd like to work with us, we’d like to work with you to address this issue to help improve your experience with your Yoga 7i.

      To start with try to resolve the Bluetooth issue, we recommend applying driver updates for the Bluetooth card and other system components. By ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      We hope that the information shared helps, and please feel free to update us regarding this, along with sharing what else we can do to try to improve your experience, as your satisfaction is important to us.

    Overall good performance. Geek Squad was able to transfer files from old computer. Would like a few more USB ports and DVD/CD player. Windows 11 needs some getting used to. Price was very good value.

    This computer has many features with the screen movement. the 10key calculator is a great addition. The only downside I have found so far is the mouse pad area feels way left (does happen with 10key boards) and the biggest for me is the mouse clicker is very loud. keyboard is not loud just the mouse clicker. I would have looked for other option if I had known.

    Not being a computer expert I joined the Geek Squad. Purchased my new Lenovo since my last one lasted 12 years. But now in retirement no one to assist having had assistants. My walk thru on this new Lenovo was fabulous. And now since joining the GEEK Squad I can visit by appoint whenever I need the assistance. And the price to join was very good well worth it.
