    Very disappointed with this purchase. Lenovo includes the pen for the same price. Even with metal lid/top cover, screen is flimsy weak and breaks way, way too easily. Next can’t get replacement screen for anything less than almost $500, more than 1/2 cost of computer. Mouse continually looses Bluetooth connection. Avoid this computer like the plague.

    The portals- 2 USB-C don't work. I have a docking station that I bought from Best Buy and I get intermittent service. Its very annoying.

    Not a happy camper!!

    The computer keeps shutting down on me. Have had it with the Geek Squad and they can't find the problem. Not a real satisfied camper. If it didn't shut down and I have to restart it several times a night, I would give it an excellent rating.

      To start, since this could be due to a number of reasons such as a faulty power button, a software glitch, or a hardware issue. Could you share in the Q& A section of this page the tasks or applications you were using when the laptop unexpectedly shut down, and also, check for overheating by ensuring the vents are clear of dust and debris, using compressed air if needed?

      If the issue persists, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

    Failed in two weeks and not returnable. Stay away!

    The Bluetooth on my yoga laptop failed within the first two weeks. I don’t know that it ever worked, but when I tried to connect a Bluetooth mouse to reach out to purchasing it wouldn’t work. Best Buy would not exchange the product. Lenovo would not exchange the product. I had to wait a week for them to send me a box and now it will be two weeks or more in Depot Repair! Completely ridiculous when a device fails in less than 30 days and they won’t exchange it

    Don’t buy

    We purchased this computer 2 months ago and this morning, after charging overnight, it won’t turn on. Googled the problem and apparently it’s not uncommon although none of the recommended fixes work. Can’t get through to Lenovo for support so took it to Best Buy geek squad for help but they won’t help because we didn’t purchase their warranty coverage. This is a nightmare, don’t buy this computer.

    Not enough ram and non expansion

    Not enough ram to do anything. This laptop could be the best laptop I’ve ever had except it only has 16gb soldered in and no expansion. Come on Lenovo. 16gb is phased out now.

    1st time with this brand. Barely used the laptop & it takes forever to load &/or doesn’t ever load. Not sure if I got a “bad batch” or if the brand is that bad.

    We have been told that our laptop would be delivered Tuesday. And 11 days has passed and we haven’t received nothing. Turns out that our address wasn’t corrected when we did in person before confirming our new address.

    Great Experience at Best Buy

    Very pleased with this laptop and its features. I needed to replace my old laptop and this was the one that was recommended by the tech person when I went to Best Buy to look for a new one. Very easy to transition over to Windows 11 from Windows 10. Got a great sales price and couldn't be happier. Wonderful sales team and tech team at this store, received great information and everyone was very helpful and responsive.

    Good option for students

    Performance is good but when it’s on low power mode it gets a little slow even in basic tasks. Other than that is perfect

    This Lenovo Yoga 7i did not work out.

    No customer should have to do all this work out of the box. Both audio and video for this Lenovo 7i Yoga were below par and bad. Turning on the computer for the first time with windows setup starting, the screen was weak and dim. i waited until everything was loaded and brightened the screen. Still the color was off and reading this best buy screen was hard. lighting kept changing a little bit. The bluetooth audio, and the usbc wired earbuds were off with too much treble and a slight hiss. These worked fine on the phone and the other laptop. I played around and reloaded audio drivers, and it got worse. I reset the windows completely and downloaded windows from the cloud. this seemed to help the audio , then i went onto the dolby atmos feature included with this laptop go get the equalizer to adjust and finally reached an acceptable audio, still a bit off. lenovo's Lena ai help in lenovo vantage was useless. it was confused with each message typed. So i used chatGPT. now onto the display. like the hp omnibook, this should have a Color Gamut (Standard RGB) of 65% on this class of computer. I think it was way below this, and has no specs on best buy's website. This is something lenovo intentionally left out. the battery lasts about 8 to 10 hours at best. still below the hp battery life of a model with the ultra 7 processor. this laptop is going back to best buy. too bad the christmas sales are not going on until new years. i will either have to get a new lenovo 7i yoga laptop exchange, or wait until the labor day sale .
