    This is a very good laptop and I started a class on line and some of the new laptop capabilities are needed for the class homework. I don't fully understand all of the capabilities but I look forward to learning it's possibilities.

    It's a super nice laptop with all of the bells and whistles you would ever want for most people. BUT it's way too complicated and confusing for the average senior looking to upgrade from their dinosaur windows 10. Someone needs to make a powerful but much more simplified model.

  • New computer I haven’t had long enough to answer

    So far so good! The service was good but as Jenna set a few things up on my new computer she didn’t really finalize anything by telling me what was completed and what else I needed to do to complete things. I may need to go back to the store to ask questions
