A dream lenovo 2 in 1 laptop.

It is remarkable, i just wish it was a little faster, but ive only used it a few times. I am a le to accomplish projects faster with microsoft 365. I would recommend only other issue is you cant upgrade Memory at all.

To help ensure that your system is running as optimally as possible, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

However, Geek Squad is terrible. Can't speak to the actual store. Had to transfer from old laptops to new and it was a nightmare. Several trips to store and they only got partial transfers done. Geek Squad had to come to our office because of all the problems. The arrival window was 7am to 7pm. Night before received a text would be 4pm to 7pm. Paid an employee overtime to stay because one computer was his. Geeks never showed. Never called. We're still struggling with some aspects of these computers but we're done trying to get help. We pay the yearly membership fee too. Doesn't really help other than the recording thanks you for having it.

Laptop review

However, I would like to thank Sonny and Stacy from the Concord Pike location for their help. They worked with me through all the issues we had with the Lenovo. I definitely miss my Lenovo but I’m learning to like this one

Purchased for my son to use in college

My first laptop was ideapad Z500. Still working and in great condition. I’ve even never changed the battery for it so far. Bought this laptop about 3 weeks ago and i really really like it.
