    I LOVE IT. This brand is my favorite and I can dare says it’s BETTER than Apple. The battery life is so good, it last about 12 hours and doesn’t take too long to charge .The overall quality is superior and the price is EXCELLENT. Worth buying!

    Haven't had the laptop for too long, but has a nice, solid feel. Perhaps a little heavier for some users, but works well for our purpose. Keys are comfortable. Speakers are a little on the quiet side at max volume. Dual mics seem to work well when not using earphones. Good all around middle of the road laptop for everyday use. Bought a second one for another member of the family.

    Computer has been great. I avtivated MS365 From a previous subscription. Has some features that pop up occasionally (X-Box, I'm 66 years old, I don't play games on computers or cell phones). I would remove all gaming functions if I knew it wouldn't effect some othet function. I loaded all of my old files from WD portable Hard drive. Love the keypad on the right as I do a great deal of numeric input. I do some writing and the keyboard feels different than my 2020 Lenovo Envy but I'm sure I'll adapt to that.

    The laptop is so fast. Never have I had one that fast. Only thing that o think would help me is there so many things that pop up and want you to start using and I am afraid to try because not sure what it is going to do. Also the young lady that helped me pick the laptop was excel

    I love this laptop, its really fast. I like being able to interchange it from a laptop to a tablet. I was looking for a laptop that can keep up with my multitasking, had a large screen and had the number pad plus being reliable amd affordable. Im not playing games on it so it was more for my business and an IT friend of mine said it was a great laptop with great specs. Ive had it for 2 months and i absolutely love it.

    I have been very pleased so far. I like the screen and keyboard size. The Copilot is helpful, though I haven't used it very much yet. The store manager in Oxford, Alabama was VERY helpful and helped take some of the stress out of shopping for laptop. As a matter of fact, my 82 year old Mother was with me and ended up buying one as well!

    Its been about a decade since i used a laptop so my learning curve is very steep. Touch screen and various configurations are super useful. Still deciding what i want on it and loading. So glad the salesman steered me to this unit on my ‘pre buying’ shopping trip. As ever Best Buy reps are super helpful.

    Meets and exceeds my expectations through excellent speed, monitor color and clarity. I like the convenience of a desktop experience using less space than with my previous desktop. I have never had a wireless mouse and keyboard and so far, it has been awesome. No wires and no mess to clutter my workspace and works well with my new printer.
