    The laptop is so fast. Never have I had one that fast. Only thing that o think would help me is there so many things that pop up and want you to start using and I am afraid to try because not sure what it is going to do. Also the young lady that helped me pick the laptop was excel

    Meets and exceeds my expectations through excellent speed, monitor color and clarity. I like the convenience of a desktop experience using less space than with my previous desktop. I have never had a wireless mouse and keyboard and so far, it has been awesome. No wires and no mess to clutter my workspace and works well with my new printer.

    I LOVE IT. This brand is my favorite and I can dare says it’s BETTER than Apple. The battery life is so good, it last about 12 hours and doesn’t take too long to charge .The overall quality is superior and the price is EXCELLENT. Worth buying!

    Computer works well and as intended. Disappointed that the screen is 2K and not 4K. This feature was certainly glossed over by sales staff even though many questions were asked about video quality and comparisons with my Lenovo idea Pad 14" screen. However, this was expected as some of the staff are incompetent in their knowledge of the product. I had to get another sales person to help me as he was more knowledgeable. Since then, I've noticed the original sales person working in appliances and TV's and, as I watched, was totally unqualified. I've come to expect this from Best Buy, but they had the product selection I needed.
