The good: Backlit keys with solid feel while typing, bright screen with decent resolution, fast and responsive for routine tasks (I haven't tried using it for gaming), not filled with annoying bloatware. The bad: annoying power button on the side that I hit by accident when I carry around the laptop. I could set the power button to do nothing, but like to have it set to sleep. The screen is a bit washed out looking, not bad though, and one annoying problem is it does not properly display Netflix in full screen mode. The screen position jitters up and down every few seconds, so is only watchable not maximized (no jitter problem). Apparently a problem with the model that others have reported.

Good Specs, Faulty Hardware, Horrible CS

Worked well till the trackpad quit working in Feb 2026. Worked with Lenovo and one customer rep told me there is nothing he can do for me. Have another similar laptop but 14", and in 1 year (2025) the screen went out and in 2026 its back to Lenovo to get motherboard and and keyboard replaced. We bought these laptops for kids who are in college and one being in repair and one just does what it does with trackpad, it add additional frustration. Will have to wait until their college classes are done to send it in to be fixed. Laptop has good specs and that one of the reasons for the purchase. But what good the specs if the manufacture hardware is faulty their customer support is horrible, like mean horrible. If you are looking to purchase this laptop definitely get extended warranty, as you will need it.
