I needed new computer since my old computer wasn't compatable for Windows 11. I only use laptop computer to do my federal taxes and checkbook.

Great product for every day tasks and more.

It’s fast and the keyboard is very comfortable. I like that I can fold it back and stand it up if I choose. It’s fairly thin but seems quite solid.

Nice laptop

I found them both to be superior in quality and ease of use than my previous HP. I would recommend this laptop to a friend. The only downside is I would have liked to have had one more USB port.

Too many bells & whistles for average seniors!!!

BUT it's way too complicated and confusing for the average senior looking to upgrade from their dinosaur windows 10. Someone needs to make a powerful but much more simplified model.
