A good laptop, copilot+ pc this thing can have access to your whole laptop, all files and emails, i have to test it more but basically it does all the work for you. Flips backwards to make a tablet.

Nice laptop for the money for home or student use it is perfect

Purchased for my daughter's college experience and it didn't make it one month before it's having problems. Trying to find warranty information and claims info has been trying as well. I can hook this laptop up to an external monitor and it works fine, but the screen is already failing (flickering on the bottom half and unclear picture with distorted horizontal lines) on the internal monitor on the device. Purchased on 6/4/25 and failing by 6/30/25.

The Lenovo Yoga 7i is a well‑rounded 2‑in‑1 laptop with a premium feel and excellent versatility. The 16″ 2K touchscreen is bright, sharp, and great for both productivity and media. Build quality is solid, the keyboard is comfortable, and the included Copilot features integrate nicely into daily workflows. Performance with the Intel Core Ultra 7 is strong for everyday tasks, multitasking, and light creative work. The 1TB SSD provides plenty of fast storage, and battery life is reliably good for a machine this size. However, the NPU—while advertised as a highlight—isn’t particularly useful yet. There still aren’t many apps that take advantage of it, and it’s not clear where or how to utilize it meaningfully for AI tasks at this point. It feels more like future‑proofing than an immediately beneficial feature. Overall, the Yoga 7i is an excellent, flexible laptop with great display quality and solid performance. It earns 4 stars due to the underutilized NPU and the fact that its AI hardware advantage isn’t fully realized today.

It's been a month that I've been using this laptop. It's very smooth and the battery last a long time I don't charge it every day. This laptop is very fast. The colors are great. Laptop is a great size and very lightweight. As of now I have nothing negative to say about this laptop. About 2 years ago I bought my grandson a Lenovo Yoga laptop and I loved it. So, I decided to get this one for myself. I would recommend this laptop anytime.

Really good computer for everyday tasks. Good for light gaming, but sometimes when I open the computer, it freezes, same with running just Chrome or Word documents, it just freezes for about 20 seconds. I'm not sure why it is. Brightness is really good sometimes, and other times it's ok. Battery is decent, great keyboard, and touch screen. I don't use the tablet mode really, but it is a nice touch, same with the keypad. Not too heavy and great build quality.

Pros: - Build & Inputs: The build quality feels very sturdy. Both the keyboard and the trackpad feel great during use. - Display: While there are technically "better" displays on the market, this one looks great for my needs. It performs well for watching movies and playing video games. -Performance: Excellent for basic to medium tasks. I haven't pushed it with high-demand software yet, but for daily use, school, and games like Bioshock, Telltale series, and Borderlands 2, it’s very smooth. It could likely handle more demanding games, but I haven't tested them yet. - AI Features: The Copilot+ PC functionalities are interesting. I’ve specifically found the "Click to Do" option to be quite useful. Cons (more like Nitpicks): - Stiff Hinges: The hinges are tight. While this is likely intended to keep the screen stable in "tent" or tablet mode, it requires two hands to open. I sometimes worry that opening it too quickly might eventually cause damage. - Sharp Edges: The front edge of the chassis is somewhat "sharp" and can become uncomfortable after a while, especially if you are wearing a watch. - "Outdated" HDMI: It uses an "older" HDMI standard, meaning you might not get the full resolution or refresh rate out of a high-end external monitor. You could use one of the USB-C (Thunderbolt/DisplayPort) ports, but you end up with only one USB-C available. - Limited Ports: With only two USB-C ports and one USB-A, things get crowded. Since you have to use one USB-C port for charging, you're left with only one of each. A docking station or hub is almost a most if you usually have multiple things connected. - Lenovo Bloatware: This is not specific for this laptop, but like most Lenovo products, it comes with pre-installed software. While most of it can be uninstalled, some apps are stubborn and seem to reappear. It’s a very good laptop and I really enjoy using it. However, considering the specs, I don't think it is a great value at full price. While it’s a steal at $800, at the $1,099 mark, you could definitely find something with more premium specs or better display options.
