  • Keyboard Stopped Working After 2 Months

    Bought this Lenovo in September 2025. I like most everything about the laptop except the keyboard stopped working after 2 months. If I perform a hard shutdown, the keyboard starts working again. But as soon as you shut the laptop down the normal way and start it back up, the keyboard stops working again. For what I paid for this laptop, I should not be having problems like this after only 2 months of use. Because I didn't purchase the extended warranty, I will have to take it to a computer repair shop and pay to have it fixed. Very Disappointed!

    Weak hinges can't keep the display from flopping. If you move this laptop at all, especially moving it around by the base, the display will flop bad.

    I got this laptop to replace my old laptop. Everything seemed to be working fine on the first day. Updated everything and all, but as soon as it was the next day it would not stay connect to the internet no matter what i did. Apparently this model has a habit of having trouble staying connected to the wireless internet. So i just returned it as i didnt want to deal with the problem.
