    This laptop works great! Especially if you are a college student. This laptop does not lag and definitely does not overheat. It can handle all my software needed for studying engineering. I use to have Dell but within 30 days it stopped working and I had to pay another $200 to get it fixed. Getting this Lenovo has been the best experience ever and I am so impressed by this laptop!

    I purchased this when it on a special pricing... I am over all impressed with the performance, I do a lot of photography and no issues using the programs.. I used it for some gaming and not to bad...overall this laptop fits my needs for everyday use and beyond..

    I updated to Lenovo from a Surface and I really like the larger screen. Some features do not seem to react the same, but that me be my understanding of the new unit. On occasion I have had some problem with the screen freezing that I never had before with the Surface. I'm unsure why the touchpad needs to be larger and at a different location. Even though the processor is faster I cannot see any difference in dailey use. I am hoping I will grow into it as time and usage continures. It was a great deal at BestBuy and overall I am satisfied.

      Regarding the touchscreen issue you mentioned, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

      If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

      Also, we wish to share that the touchpad size is designed to improve ease of use with gestures and navigation, and the placement is intentional, with the touchpad centered to the keyboard versus the laptop to aid in reachability when navigating to typing.

    This computer does everything we had hoped for. It is working out very well. It is fast has lots of storage. My son is using it for summer session in college. As a finance major, he likes the additional numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard. Also, the screen size is excellent for streaming movies. A bonus for me and my son is the keypad is a nice size for people with big hands or fat fingers.
