Good student lap top also a good value. This system had everything we needed for our daughters first year at college. The price was within our budget and the memory and other options were everything we were shopping for. The sales person at best buy didn't try to over sell us which was appreciated

It is light, flexible, durable and runs smoothly. I haven't had any issues running any program and I use it daily.

This is an amazing computer although the second one I have since the first one was replaced under GSP for a cracked screen. My one complaint about this computer is the keyboard as sometimes it won't register the key I hit or it will double register (ex. tt instead of t or aa instead of a)

System itself is the best spec in any competitive products. However, this computer still has win 10 comparative issues such as frozen while it is operatino. If it is solved by updating software, I can recommend this. It is little heavier than I thought.

It was super stylish and lightweight. The model we purchased had a manufacturers defect that put the device into sleep mode whenever flipping the screen over into tablet mode. We returned it for a newer model. Other than that, the computer worked great.

I would have rated this 5 stars had the screen not started to go out within weeks of purchasing. Fortunately I was able to exchange it at my local BB. More than a year after purchasing, I'm still very satisfied with its looks and performance.

I love my laptop, it is very sleek, easy to carry, and the speed is amazing.

I bought it last year as an open item saving a couple of hundres and worked for a while, around 8 months ago started to act extrange when I was using excel or word. then a couple of months ago it got stock on a black, screen now is not booting at all, I did all recomendations on the web but nothing seams to work, I always buy insuranse to what I buy, but this time I din't so now I am stock with dead laptop. I bought a second one for my daugther six months after I bought mine wich still working and have the insurance. I just hope that if this happen again, happens duting the two years coverage so I can fix it.
