Only downside was when it wouldn't turn on but discovered that if I held the on botton down long enough, it would force it to shut down. I waited a minute then it would restart once the button was pushed again.

I bought this for my son going to college. Now I'm jealous! This is definaltely a Best Buy! :-)

It's fast and responds great when going from laptop to tablet. No complaints so far. Nice and light with great clarity of resolution!

Very fast

The extra memory is great for my astronomy software. I did have some problems connecting up with an HD screen, but the Geek team helped me solve that. Very happy.

Only complaint is the placement of the left side SHIFT key - not used to it and it causes a lot of jumping around the screen with the cursor by mistake.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the left shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Powerful laptop

I use it for work with complex Excel spreadsheets and it's fast. Highly recommended daily this as a business laptop.
