This is my 3rd yoga laptop. I have been very happy with each version and they keep getting better.

Only negative is keyboard which I found difficult to use

Compared the Lenovo Yoga 900 vs Surface Pro 4 and Surface book prior to selecting.

Do not buy this!! Day two the computer would not power on - I got a full refund and went another direction

I've been using the Yoga line since the original Yoga. Upgraded to the Yoga 2 pro, loved it (still have it). Upgraded to the Yoga 3 pro, the core M was a huge let down so I gave it to my sister as a graduation gift. Then I decided to try something else, hopped over to the Surface Book and there were too many caveats for me to consider keeping it until a later generation. So I returned that for my Yoga 900, which is where I am now. I've had it for a few days and it's been spectacular - to an almost entirely extent. Here are my pros and cons thus far: Pros: * Battery Life - phenomenal. I've not had any let downs with this thing as far as battery yet. * Function keys are back - Yup, they ditched the minimalist design for some function keys which was a the right move IMO. * QHD - Fantastic looking screen. I'd like it to get a bit brighter, but overall it looks great. * RAM/CPU/SSD - Being able to get a top notch hardware computer for less than the price of the basic Surface Book was almost a steal. I've got the 16GB i7 512GB SSD version and she screams. And my bank account is a bit happier. Cons: * Battery Plug - I'm not sure who decided to of all things make a battery plug like the one supplied (which takes up 3 plug ports) let alone position the prongs in the very middle of the brick but it's a huge let down. Luckily, you can purchase an additional plug off of amazon to get the normal feel for a supply, but that's more money to spend that you shouldn't have to. * SD Card Slot - I don't know why more and more companies are making SD card slots that don't fully engulf the SD card but it's annoying and I wish it would stop. I like to use them as additional storage space but I can't with how they awkwardly stick out of the side. * Screen - When my screen wiggles a bit, it's almost like a wave of discoloration from the bottom. It's probably hardware specific, but it's a bit annoying. It only lasts 2 or 3 seconds though. * Lack of USB C-to-HDMI Adapter - I made this mistake as it looks like others did too. I saw it said it came with a USB type C-to-HDMI adapter. That's for the cheaper model. The high end model expects you to buy a separate adapter. They must figure if you can afford the more expensive model, you can afford a separate adapter as well. Aside from the few cons, which are certainly things I can live with, I'm very happy I traded in the premature Surface Book for this Yoga 900. I initially had the touch pad issue of which it wouldn't scroll in certain Metro apps and what not, but that was fixed with a driver update (Thus I'm not listing it as a con, it's fixable - shouldn't ship that way but none the less).

The yoga 900 is an awesome computer. It looks really slick and is light weight.
