    Sales associate mentioned that an open boxed model of the laptop I was looking at was available. After being assured the machine was most likely just returned and geek squad had checked it over and warranted it to be in new condition, I swallowed the hook. In the 6 weeks I have owned the laptop I have actually had it in my possession about 5 days. Geek squad has had it the rest of the time fixing the backlight that kept going out. Wish I had just shopped around more.

    Loved the computer for the price. Battery life was not near advertised, only got about 5 hrs out of a charge. Had way to much bloatware, erased most of it.
