Pros: Well built, super fast machine Cons: It shut down unexpectedly twice Exchanged it for a Microsoft Surface Book... I love it!!!

Great Ultrabook overall. One really annoying thing about it though, like many other Lenovo laptops, the keyboard layout places the UP arrow key to the right of the SHIFT key. This means that the SHIFT key is much smaller than most layouts and you often end up hitting the arrow key when going for the SHIFT key. Really frustrating, I thought I would just get used to it but still annoys me months later. If the keyboard layout is not an issue to you then this is otherwise a great ultrabook!

Purchased this for my niece who's beginning college and she loves the device. Assignments are a breeze with the yoga 900 and movies and gaming are just as smooth.

The hinge is very solid, I don't need to worry about being broken while transforming from a laptop to a tablet many times of a day as it is used by two kids.

Fatal crush occurred after 25 days of purchase of brand new Lenovo - Yoga 900 13.3". Had to send it back to Lenovo, they replaced I don't know how many hardware components. I would NOT recommend this to a friend, probably I would NOT recommend this to my worst enemy neither.

Starts fast really nice screen I've owned it for almost a month it is quiet and the battery life is good. I would purchase it again I do not regret it.

I really like this computer. My only complaint is that sometimes it feels like I have to press harder than I normally would on the keyboard to get it to type. Right now it seems to be working well but at first I kept skipping letters when typing.

Sorry I bought it! Screen resolution is so small within the apps. Searching on web helped a little. Within one week it locked up. Unable to turn off, again searched web for solution. Loaded software, performed customary reboot and Bootldr gone - had to perform factory reset. Keyboard is difficult to use. Positives are it's light weight and looks pretty. Good points

This machine is better than the Yoga 2 Pro due to the more compatible screen resolution. Only one of 7 purchased has had any hardware problems.

It is great to be able to go from laptop to tablet. This Lenovo Yoga is the nicest computer for graphics and versatility that I have ever had.

I'm positive this laptop is about to take flight at any moment. Once more than one program is open it begins running like the little engine that could. Now it's slowing down, and lags constantly. I'm ready to return it.

I didn't want to get a 2-in-1, but this one had great specs and the SSD really sold me. I've been using it for about 2 months now and I'm really loving it. Excellent laptop.

Had very good advice from a patient employee and as with every other electronic purchase I have made at Best Buy this was the right item for me. He also made good suggestions for support and other accessories for the computer.

First off, I always thought ultra laptops were very pricey. Now, we have the 2 in 1's and I got to say; this is definitely worth the money! I purchased this laptop on a two day sale only. The price dropped to $999. I've always said, if it drops a couple hundred, I will be buying this. No doubt, this is probably my best purchase in a long time. I'm using this pc as my main computer at home. It was time for an upgrade on my old 4-5 year old All In One desktop. Upon purchasing, I decided to charge up the battery at full before playing with it. First off, this has a great battery power. It is very long lasting. Typically, on my other laptop, I get about 4 or even 5 hours MAX. I've played enough with this laptop to say that it averages more than 8 hours of use. With sleep mode, obviously it can go days without a charge. I have a full 7 days with it, used it for the last 3 straight days, and only charged it once. I did read a few complaints about the display, so I went and changed the settings. The first thing I did, and for my personal liking, is disable the auto brightness. I've read a few complaints about how it doesn't work as smooth as it should. I went a long and disable the feature as I don't like it any way. There are no programs or junk that I had to clean out. The brightness settings I have is about 75% to 80%. With the brightness at that level, and disabling auto brightness or dim, my battery has been great! The touch and feel of this laptop is beautiful! Couldn't be happier. It looks great, feels great, and the keyboard is great! I did had some issues where the Backspace button is located, a bit too small I believe than the normal. But again, this is not a con, it will take only a few uses to get used to. The keyboard buttons are great. Beautiful feel to it. They do not get oily due to our fingers as fast as other keyboards. I did clean the buttons after several uses. The mouse pad is another complaint that I read. In my use, I have NOT had a problem with its sensitivity or clicking noise. I don't think its anything major but I have not experienced neither. It works great. I do like using a USB mouse on all my laptops. So using the mouse pad will be minimal to me. I read some reviews where people can open this laptop with one hand. In my case, I can not. I need two hands to open it, and the weight its unbelievable as its very lightweight. About 2 pounds I believe. SSD is as great as it can be. Boots up quickly and super quiet of course. The fan, if there is one, is super quiet as well. This is a power machine! i7 processor 2.56ghz, 8GB of ram! I do want to point out that memory has me scratching my head. If I go to the Task Manager to view its Performance, it says that I'm currently using 2.7GB of ram out of 8. I'm not sure if I can eliminate a few MB to lower that number down so I will have a lot more free RAM to use. If 2.7 is the default "under the hood" work of ram that it uses to work properly, then I think that number is a bit too high for my liking. 2.5 max or 2.0 would've been great. That would be 6 GB of free ram to use. Overall, I don't consider any of the above statements to be a con. I do see this as a 5 star laptop. I big upgrade to the previous Yoga models. If you want a power machine, flexible, lightweight, beautiful display laptop, then this is the way to go. Yoga 900 does not disappoint! Always check for updates for Windows as this will resolve any small bugs that we encounter. I did this, and have not found any issues at all. Bios and the audio driver is up to date now, so those battery issues are long gone. I would recommend Lenovo Yoga 900 to anyone for a computer experience!

WIthin 3-4 weeks of purchase, the battery lasted less than 2 hours when I used it away from the plug. It took 24 hours for it to turn back on with being plugged in that whole time. About 7-10 days ago, it now does nothing, does not turn on, I see nothing on the screen. I paid $1400 to use this for graduate school and I have nothing but lost money. I have not had time to take it back to Best Buy to evaluate, but will try this week. Totally dissatisfied and totally disappointed. I hope BEst Buy or Lenovo will make this right. Time will tell!!!!

This is a great computer which is stylish and functional. The yoga line is way up there in quality and I'm glad we bought it.

Overall satisfied with this laptop feature. only thing i was expecting that if it comes with cd/dvd drive than it would be great.

The computer crashed several times before i had to return it and have it replaced. Best Buy was quick to replace the computer without issue. But the attempted transfer of data from the old to new computer was a total disaster

I sent the specs to my IT person before I made the purchase. He gave me a thumbs up on the laptop and price.

Purchased this machine to replace my traditional laptop. Wanted to have the capability of a laptop and a tablet. This fits the bill and the watchband hinge is so cool. Love its size and weight for travel.
