I purchased this computer open box and received a different computer with lesser Ram and a lesser hard drive even though I was assured by the salesman that it was the right product... my experience with the manager of the store was even worse. I returned it and got my money back and it made me apprehensive to purchase from Best Buy again...

The track pad was a little weird, may have been user error. On the 13th day my screen started to flash on and off for no reason. Computer ran slow and I was only using it to write notes and submit for my job. Not sure if my laptop was defective. It just didn't work for me. Not able to upload a video of the flashing screen.

For those who might also have the problem of the flashing screen, the fix might be a video driver update. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. I can use it for a lot of stuff and it fits perfectly in my bag for school. Only complaint is that it doesn't have a way to turn off the inverted scroll.

Love the fact that Lenovo doesn't load it up with proprietary or junk software. Quick start-up. Vivid display. Lenovo did a good job with the design of this model. It is excellent at dissipating heat.

Love the industrial hinge that folds back over turning the unit inside out also acting as a stand leaning the screen up. Only con is it has windows 10 home, sales staff said it had 10 pro.

I cannot believe you can flip this thing all the way around and use it like a tablet using the keyboard as a stand. The gorilla glass on the screen is Paramount to anything in its field
