Posted .With regard to programs on the device that become non-responsive, be sure all the programs you have installed are compatible with Windows 10. Secondly, with regard to the screen flicker on internet ads, if it is just internet ads that are experiencing the issue, it is probably the ads being interfered with by your anti-virus software. If the flickering is happening on other content, it may be that your video drivers need to be updated. Follow the link below to look for new video driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

Beautiful Laptop, Brilliant Screen

The 4k screen is fantastic, sharp, bright and colors are very accurate. Only complaint may be the giant lip at the bottom. Doesnt bother me too much since the screen goes all the way to the top and sides and ends up being closer to a 14" screen on a 13" laptop.

For some reason Lenovo put the up arrow key where the shift key should be. I read all the reviews about this before I purchased, but thought I could adjust. It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 910-14. With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

I was very impressed with the functionality and the price. This laptop really fills a niche (tablet/laptop) for me and I would highly recommend buying one of you feel the MS surface price tag is too high.

The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that the finger print reader is defective in this model. Not that big of a deal though, still definetley worth your money.

Nice but not sure how to use it yet

It's really high tech compared to my old computer so I don't really know how to use it right now which is the reason I'm unsure about it. It's really nice though.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right now im writing this review on my ipad because i dont have a computer anymore since i also sold my old macbook i should have understand that it was too good to be true i searched every 2 in 1 single computer on the market and believe me i searched every single one in 2015-2016 models i wanted to change from my 2012 retina it was a perfect match. I went from montreal canada to new york state to get this laptop with these specs from best buy the first unit came with a defected keyboard u button was pressed so i went back to US at the same date to exchange the second unit came with a scratch on its aluminium keyboard coating which was really annoying and shined on daylight for the third unit i desperately went to Vermont best buy hoping i will get a decent product unfortunately the third unit also had a keyboard defect (same problem u button pressed) so i changed it on site with a fourth unit it didnt have any physical damage on it so i took it back home then i realized that the left fan had a weird electrical noise coming. When i contacted best buy they told me i have to COME BACK AND EXCHANGE I didnt expect to counter these problems on a device which i paid 1500 usd please listen to my advice and do not get this product since you will encounter a lot of problems i looked at hp spectre and found out a lot of customers returned it due to heating and other problems this experience was worse im telling this from the bottom of my heart i paid a lot for my mistakes in gas currency exhange and a lot time be smart and dont do the same mistakes i did i will never buy lenovo again if you have any questions please contact me
