The biggest flaw is the laptop 'fan' keeps running every now and then, and this hangs up the laptop..Nothing moves, and the storage is another biggest flaw..everyone must go for 1 TB of storage at minimum, else you will run out of space in a few months

Posted .The Yoga 910-14 should get between 10 and 15 hours of battery life. If you are getting less, you should check to see if there are unwanted programs running in the background on your device. Additionally, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 910-14. This system should be a fast system with its Core I-7 processor and 8GB of RAM and a 256GB solid state hard drive. Be sure your internet connection is performing up to your expectations. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

Reason is simple: The display used on this product has 2 flaws: 1. Color calibration varies tremendously from piece to piece: The color tint on this piece was sickening reddish yellow. I used display calibration function, its better but not all that good. This same display has been used in cheaper priced Yoga 710 - 14 inch, and I bought about 5-6 laptops one after another until I found a display that was really good to gift it to my mom. So you have a 20% chance of getting a truly good display! Hope the junk returned ones go back to Lenovo to get their act together! 2. The digitizer shows "dots" (see YouTube reviews on 910 or 710). I could see the dots while browsing news articles on the internet. Minimal on this one, however, some pieces of 710 that I bought earlier (see point #1 above) had lot of aberrations. In short - otherwise a "supposedly" light and powerful laptop deeply marred by poor quality of screens. You won't believe the amount of color tint variation you will see on different pieces, it truly exposes a big blunder in Quality Control by Lenovo. I had a lot of expectations considering I have been purchasing Lenovo laptops for some time .... Try to avoid unless you want to test several pieces before ending up with an acceptable one... Good luck!
