Not sure if the problem is with the charger or the computer. Given that I just returned a much cheaper Lenovo I bought a year ago because of numerous problems, I hope this isn't another lemon. I called the Geek Squad and they are sending another charger to see if the fault is with the charger. Keeping my fingers crossed because my understanding is these are good computers. I hate giving the device a single star and saying I would not recommend it, but the questions I am forced to answer require that
