I am in love with my new laptop. I normally purchase HP’s, but recently changed to Lenovo brand last year. I purchased this Lenovo to replace my previous purchase a year ago, since my son needed a new laptop. The speed is incredible, the size is what I was looking for and being able to use it like a tablet. The laptop comes with a pen which is great when working on some products. The face recognition is spot on, if I walk away from the computer it will place the computer in a sleep mode. The only downfall is the battery life, but thank goodness is has a rapid charge and I can use my phone cord to charge the laptop if needed when I forget the actual charger

Great laptop when its on sale. I bought this for $1199 while it was on a sale. The screen is gorgeous. Gets very bright and is HDR certified. 90Hz and the 16:10 aspect ratio is very nice to have. However, HDR only works on plugged in mode. Performance is good, 16GB of RAM is sufficient; Disappointing it is soldered on and non user-upgrade-able however. Very uncool Lenovo. The keyboard feels nice to use, backlighting on the keys is good. Auto mode works fine enough. Speaker system is amazing. Probably the best you can get on a windows machine for this price, imo. Mac's are still better, but macOS aside. Battery life is good. Nothing to write home about, but solid. Maybe 6-7 hours of heavy Firefox/Discord usage at ~70% brightness.
Overall, very premium feeling machine with very premium features.

It's a great product, very fast, with great resolution. It doesn't have as much space as bigger laptops but that's okay. Comes with a pen for the screen and a safety folder to put it on when traveling. Very portable, small enough to fit in any standard size bag, so it's not a hussle to carry around. Battery life lasts for hrs, it's good price for the quality offered.

My wife and I had been looking through so many laptops, trying out so many in person, to find something that was powerful, excellent screen and with a proper build quality. We looked at so many highly reviewed brands from Samsung to LG to Asus, etc. The moment we tried this laptop, we were both genuinely mind blown at how good it felt to type, how solid the build was, and how pleasing the screen was to look at. This laptop might be somewhat pricier than others, but it's absolutely worth it! My wife has been using it daily for several months now and absolutely loves it, moreso than any other laptop she's had before. A couple of other unexpected perks with this laptop:
- incredibly crisp resolution and vivid colors.
- sound quality is amazing! Seriously, it's comparable to the MacBook in terms of the audio.
- the laptop even came with its own sleeve and stylus, honestly didn't know either would come with it.
Overall, Lenovo nailed it with this one! And if you're looking for a solid laptop to last for the next few years, do not pass up on this one!

Best laptop ever!! As soon as I saw it in store, i knew it was for me!! I love it for college, especially when taking down notes. I can tell you this right now, its a show stopper, ive had many compliments and questioned what it is and where to buy one! Especially since you can fold it into tablet mode and 65° when reading, watching movies, YouTube videos etc. My boyfriend who helped pitch in a bit $$$ ( i love him so much for this, and supporting me with my dream and schooling) even he's jealous, he loves the screen quality especially when watching cool videos, gamimg and watching movies. I highly recommend this to those who love amazing quality and for college!!!
I'm majoring into nursing , and I highly recommend this to my fellow classmates, new undergraduates and university students!

I have always been a mac user and ultimately decided to get this instead of a macbook air because it was like twice the specs for the same price and had a similar nice design so I decided to take the risk. I've had it for a month and while there are a lot of things about it I really like, ultimately it was probably the wrong decision.
It looks and sounds beautiful, and I love the option of flipping it into a tablet, but things are constantly malfunctioning. Getting microphones to pair with it was super annoying and took an hour of fiddling and multiple resets. The face recognition unlock just stopped working for no reason so i had to change the PIN and re-set it up multiple times and now the camera is just not working at all despite multiple resets and reinstalling of drivers. (i've only had it like a month and already so many issues). Also the battery life is only about 4 hours which isn't much better than my very old macbook.
Maybe people who normally use windows are just used to it constantly breaking but after using my last Mac for 7 years (and it still worked fairly well) this is hugely frustrating and disappointing.

good, functional convertible laptop. Pros: well built and feels sturdy; lightweight; keyboard is better than most thin laptops with more travel in the keys (although still less than for a desktop keyboard); comes with a case; beautiful screen. Processor has handled everything I threw at it quickly. Windows hello facial recognition and fingerprint recognition both work well. Cons: no longer has on laptop storage of pen (although pen is bigger than previous versions); doesn't have the wow factor that comes with the super thin computers (thinking of Samsung galaxybook pro), but the tradeoff is that it doesn't feel like the screen will snap in half at any moment. Colors do not really standout. Oatmeal is really just silver with champagne edges. Battery life is pretty poor compared to other laptops in this range

Thank you for choosing the Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14, model number 82LU0001US. This Yoga 9i 14 ships with both the Lenovo Precision Pen 2 and a sleeve for the computer, which includes a pock for the Lenovo Precision Pen 2 as well. The screen on this configuration is a 16:10 aspect ratio, 14 inch (screen size measured diagonally) OLED - 2.8K (2880x1800) 10-point Multi-touch screen, with a brightness level of 400 nits, has a Glossy Finish, a refresh rate of 90Hz. This screen provides 100 Percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut for excellent color accuracy. This screen is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 and Dolby Vision Certified. This configuration also ships with a Intel Evo-Certified, All-Day-Battery-Life, thanks to the Integrated 75Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery installed, which within this model configuration, has a battery life of up to 10 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery Charge Threshold is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. You can turn off Battery Charge Threshold within the Lenovo Vantage APP installed on this computer. In Vantage select Battery Settings and turn off Battery Charge Threshold, if turned on. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 11 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://websiteforstudents.com/how-to-find-what-is-running-in-windows-11/. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care for additional help at: 888-278-9707.

OLED screen is amazing! The colors are super vivid and bright. It makes other laptop screens look dull. Sturdy aluminum frame and the hinge speaker sounds awesome. Comes with a sleeve and a chargeable stylus. The Yoga is very zippy. Extremely pleased with my purchase... plus it was on sale before Christmas.

I purchased it for my wife to use for her studies; this has been the perfect laptop for her during her quest for her master's degree. She has to write many papers, watch videos, and do online person-to-person classes. The screen is fantastic, and the wireless features work great; very responsive and has plenty of storage. It runs multiple pages flawlessly. This replaced her old Surface Pro from her first years of nursing school. Now a year+ later into school, This Lenovo is great. The pen works great; the laptop is lightweight and has A nice sleeve to carry it in (and it has been everywhere ). I would recommend this to Students and Business owners who are on the go and need power in their hands. Also, we found it excellent on a plane for Movies; the screen is better than most TVs.

The redesign of this laptop is absolutely breathtaking, had it only a few weeks and have gotten quite a few compliments when on campus. The screen is the perfect size and very clear. Fast and quiet, a very welcome change from my 6 year old hp pavilion. Only con is that the battery life isn’t the longest but it can make you through a day on campus or at work.

This laptop will do pretty much anything you need. Is it the best in the field? Of course not, just look at the price. BUT it will get pretty much anything done for most everyone. I'm able to run Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop with no problem.
If you're turned off by the color "Oatmeal" rest assured that the exterior does not look like brown mush. One would just assume the laptop is silver if you didn't read the description so the color name was a real failure by the marketing dept. at Lenovo on that one.
