Also the track pad is very unstable when trying to highlight passages to cut and past. This makes it such a hassle. Also Hello Windows wouldn't ever work. If you want to do a screen shot it is a 3 step process to save where as my previous laptop was 3 keys at once to save to screenshots and quick access.
