The touchpad sensitivity ruins the whole laptop (too sensitive, Levono wont fix, flaw in design), it renders the laptop useless when not using a mouse. Everything is great except that. I had to return it.

I returned the laptop the day after having receiving it. It has very unstable wifi connectivity and this being while I was sitting right beside the router. I'd used the laptop for a handful of hours when this caught my attention and ultimately ended up deciding that it would have to go back to the store the next day. I was honestly expecting a lot more for the money I paid for it, so its safe to to say that I was fairly disappointed.

Dont buy, buggy and full of many system issues. I wasted days and days of time fixing, replacing drivers and other things to try and get this unit to work. The only reason I didnt bring it back right away is because the main software I used on this unit is 40gigs and takes so long to configure and install. Lots of issues with the single usb port. The unit looks amazing but it shuts off randomly even after setting all the power settings correctly. WIll go into sleep mode, after updating the default MB drivers to different drivers as recommended there are still issues. When playing a video in full screen you can adjust the sound and cause it to lock up. Stay away

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 model number 82BG0001US. The included, garaged Active Pen within the Yoga 9i 14 has a battery life of up to 1 hour on a full charge. For the longest battery life, store the active pen within its onboard garage, when not in use, where the pen will recharge within its pen garage. The Evo-Certified Yoga 9i 14 ships with All-Day-Battery-Life, thanks to its Integrated 60Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this configuration, has a battery life of up to 10 hours, depending on the work this device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

Im currently on Windows 11 with all the latest BIOS and driver updates. Another issue I have is sometimes the video card will just glitch out and show random artifacts on the screen. DO NOT BUY. This laptop has a hardware issue where the WiFi signal is extremely low (check Lenovo's forum on this topic). This cannot be fixed by software at all (updated all latest drivers and firmware). I highly, highly, do not recommend this laptop at all. Go with a Dell XPS or Apple if you want something that at least works out of the box.

Hello, we are sorry to hear you had this experience with the Lenovo Yoga 9i 14" laptop model # 82BG0001US. This unit is rated for up to 9 hours of battery life. If you are getting substantially less battery life, please adjust your screen brightness settings. A setting of 100% brightness will drain your battery much faster than a lower setting. We recommend setting the screen brightness to some value below 100% that is still comfortable for you to view. Next be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 Lenovo
