WiFi wouldn’t connect to either hub. How can Lenova let their products go out without issues like this happening. There are numerous reviews with the exact same issue. I took it back.

We are sorry to hear that you having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 model number 82BG0001US. Since the Yoga 9i 14 worked properly initially, check to be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Lenovo

Really great laptop. For 4k the battery life is pretty good. I get right hours if I find the screen and do light tasks. The screen is nice and it is very lightweight. Beautiful and simple design. Only two issues. 1. You can not see or feel where the finger password lock is. At night it's impossible. You have literally shine a light to put your finger on it. The second is is the trackpad. Scrolling is fine but if you want to click and move it's weird. The haptic is odd and you really have to push down and gold in the right spot. It's hard to explain unless you do it. If those two things don't bother you it's perfect. But I do use the screen unlock with the finger and the trackpad right click.

My former laptop by Dell was never fast, and had significant issues from the first day. When my Dell “died” in a zoom meeting, I needed a quick replacement. The 14inch Lenovo Yoga looked good so I bought it. It exceeds all expectations that I had. It is lightening fast to start compared to my former laptop that was only 4 years old. It is light weight and the battery is so good, I’ve stopped carrying the recharge cord with me everywhere I go in the house. I had 3 hours of zoom meetings, did email and wrote a report, and still had a couple hours left at the end of the day. I absolutely love my Lenovo Yoga! My Word files came up the first time I turned on the machine to use Word! Amazing! I used to avoid my computer, now I love using it! Great price for what I needed!

Great laptop for the money. Very fast and lite weight. Sadly had to return it due to a bad display. It would just go blank and then when turned back on would flicker. I had them order me another. One thing I did not like was the trackpad. It was awful but not a deal breaker for me since I use a mouse all the time. I would remove the glass top and use a track pad like what is on the X1 extreme G3. If the replacement laptop is all good then I would give it 5 stars.

Hi there! Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 9i. We are sorry to hear your first unit was having some issues. We appreciate your patience while the issue is being resolved. The Glass palm rest on the Yoga 9i features a haptic response trackpad eliminating the need for physical clicking. Instead you need only tap your fingerer or apply light pressure. In instances of display issues it is possible updating the system software and device drivers will solve the issue. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan” In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up.
