Also great screen quality. Took a little while to figure out how to turn on the camera but finally did. Would recommend

It left me helpless during several important meetings, as my keyboard became completely unresponsive and came after one hour. I can confidently say that this laptop falls short of expectations. Although I was initially drawn in by its appealing design and yoga mat-like cover, I would never consider buying it again. This experience has been disappointing and unacceptable for a device meant to enhance productivity.

We wish to provide the best experience possible, and to try to improve this experience, if you wish, we want to work with you to address these issues.
To start, regarding the tablet mode function, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue with recent updates addressing system bugs. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
Please don't hesitate to let us know what else we can do to try to improve your experience, as your satisfaction is important to us.
