Windows Struggles A Lot
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TLDR: Windows is ruining what would otherwise be a 5-Star machine. I bought this laptop about a month ago now, and it's been one heck of an emotional roller coaster. When I first opened it up, it wasn't good. Windows barely functioned, it wasn't responsive, and everything felt slow. My initial thought was to reinstall a clean version of Windows (Not Lenovo's) and see how it goes. That helped, but not as much as I was hoping. This laptop was sold to me as a blazing fast workhorse that could handle almost anything I threw at it. Instead it locked up trying to launch Firefox, and videos on YouTube were stuttering. I was pretty much all set to return this thing until I decided to throw Linux on it. I wanted to see if my problems were Windows related or Laptop related. I can confirm, it's Windows related. After two hours of using Linux, I was ready to declare this the best laptop I've ever owned. Everything was responsive. Firefox launched instantly and the device was more than willing to power through the 27 tabs I had open, as well as the 15 sheet Excel document I was working on. Even YouTube stopped stuttering. I don't know why Windows is struggling on this laptop, I truly don't. I have a desktop that runs the same version of Windows just fine, and an older 11th Gen Intel that handles it well also. My only other complaint is that the battery life isn't great. I get somewhere between 4-6 hours on Windows and 5-7 hours on Linux. That's not terrible, but coming from an M1 Mac that used to survive at least a whole day, it's a big difference. Now I'm going to end on three positives because I did give this thing 3-Stars, but it doesn't quite sound like it. The biggest positive is the display. This is my first OLED laptop, and the colors on it are incredible. Watching YouTube or even TV shows on this is a real treat. The other positive is actually the cooling. I've had this thing for over a month, and I can count on both hands the amount times I've heard the fans kick on, or had the computer get a little toasty. The last positive is the weight. This thing weighs almost nothing, which makes carrying it a non-issue, and I barely notice the weight when it's on my lap. I can't really recommend this laptop which is a shame because I do like it, but the amount of work it's taken to get to that point is far too much given how much I spent on this. I spent $1,500 on a laptop that turned into a bit of a project. For that much money you can buy a Macbook or a Surface Laptop and have a much better experience.

I really enjoy this computer :)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had this computer for about a week and it's very nice, it can handle having many tabs open. The computer itself is very sleek and light and I enjoy using the pen that comes in the box. The fan isn't bad... it's very quiet but at certain times it gets loud and then quiets down again which doesn't really bother me but I just want to put that out there as a warning. The battery life isn't bad but it's not the kind of computer that has a battery life of 24 hours, I would say it has a battery life of around half a day or more. Sometimes the computer can act slow but sometimes it works fast. I would definitely recommend this computer to a student or someone who wants a 2-in-1 computer.

Unreliable and unpredictable. Avoid
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since the first month I’ve owned this laptop, it’s been awful. I have no idea when it will or won’t turn on. The battery has always been terrible. I would close it in 90% charged and it would not turn on after closing for ~1 hour. Leaving the charger plugged in wouldn’t help. Currently, it’s been plugged into the charger for 2 hours and it still won’t turn on. Please avoid this product. At this price point, or any, this is absurd.
