    Since the first month I’ve owned this laptop, it’s been awful. I have no idea when it will or won’t turn on. The battery has always been terrible. I would close it in 90% charged and it would not turn on after closing for ~1 hour. Leaving the charger plugged in wouldn’t help. Currently, it’s been plugged into the charger for 2 hours and it still won’t turn on. Please avoid this product. At this price point, or any, this is absurd.

    The pen it comes with doesnt work, and the store would not offer me any compensation. Had to return 2 with the same issue.
