Its battery life isnt the longest as well but its charging speed definitely makes up for it, its a pretty great laptop and I highly recommended it.

I originally bought a tablet, which was finally determined it did not meet my digital software needs. So glad I bought the total support plan!

Lighter and more sleek with a folding screen, this laptop lets me markup documents to be updated. Overall this laptop supports my work in the design industry.

Very fragile screen

Unfortunately, the screen cracked within a few (less than 4) weeks of getting it. This crack appeared despite the fact that I always transported the laptop the carrying sleeve provided, and despite the fact that I never dropped the laptop. I'm really not sure how this even happened as I've been extraordinarily careful with the product. I was really excited to get the Yoga 9i, but I have to say that it's fragility has left me very disappointed. I was especially surprised to find the crack after such little use considering that this laptop has a touch display and comes with a pen to use on the screen.

Okay 2 in 1 Laptop

It suffers from a screen door effect on lighter colors, the silver edges around the frame are easily susceptible to scratching, it's heavy, the fans are loud, and it heats through the keyboard. But, it's beautiful when switched to tablet mode.

Had terrible customer service from geek squad in Davenport Fl, so went to Orlando to purchase..everyone at Orlando store was great. Was trying to trade in my MacAir. But could not, was told it had upgrade ram (from factory at time of purchase) so no.

The Lenovo is wonderful so far and Best Buy was just as good. Was able to go online and purchase the computer and pick it up at our local Best Buy same day. It was waiting for me when I arrived.
