Great, long battery life, good screen, love the touch screen

This is a very good deal and good for mobile work. Lightweight, and I use it as a Pad. I can share the info with my client.

Love the Lenovo. Watching videos is a breeze with "moving" screen! Love the vibrate color and speed.

After just 12 months, the trackpad came loose. It took me 30 frustrating minutes just to find a phone number, which led to an offshore call center. My warranty had expired three days ago - and the only “solution” offered was to sell me a warranty extension that wouldn’t even take effect for 30 days. I asked to speak with a supervisor—none available. I asked for a call back—not possible. I asked for another number to reach someone else—there isn’t one. I asked how to file a complaint—there’s no customer service number for that either. Bottom line: I would never buy another Lenovo product—even if it was the last option on the shelf. I mistakenly assumed this was a premium brand. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Choose a company that stands behind its products and actually lets you talk to someone when you need help.

I bought this computer for work and have really enjoyed it. I definitely think the screen should be a little bigger but I knew what size it was when I bought it so I’m not docking any stars for it. I would definitely recommend this for someone else and I would buy it again.

Excellent laptop for on the go work in substance abuse case management and working in the courts completing reports in hallway waiting rooms. The laptop was recommended by a salesman after I explained what I needed it for at work. I was going to buy a MacBook Pro but I’m glad I followed the salesman’s advice.

As a person who has used gaming desktops/laptops and hybrid devices like Surface lineup before, this laptop works great as part my current ultrabook + eGPU setup. With i7-1360P + external NVIDIA 3060Ti this laptop can easily fly trough all kinds of daily tasks from casual browsing to heavy gaming and still provides great portability. While there are many good aspects about this laptop, there are also quite a lot small issues that individually can be excused but together they sting. And that's why I took 1 star off of it (or 1.5 star if at full price). The good: - Has the best (if not one of) speaker setup among Windows laptops. Easily surpass other already great sounding laptops like Surface Laptop Studio. MacBook Pro is still bit ahead due to deeper bass but very comparable. - Colorful OLED touch screen. At 4K resolution there is no visible artifacts. - i7-1360P is powerful enough for most personal usages. - Lightweight. With power supply this laptop sits below 4lbs, which is even slightly lighter than Surface Laptop Studio without power brick. - Decent port selections and comfortable enough keyboard/trackpad. - Comes with nice sleeve and stylus. The small issues: - RAM is soldered and only available at 16GB maximum. While most of applications today won't exceed this line, I have already seen cases where 16GB struggles when running a game with multiple browser tabs opened in the background. In 2023, 32GB option or upgradable RAM should be provided. - Backplate is a pain to open. Screws really shouldn't be placed under the glued rubber foot. - While the camera background blur shortcut key is handy to use, the Lenovo facial touch up program is resource heavy will drain battery faster when unplugged. - Battery life is mediocre. I already lowered the system resolution to 2K and this 75Wh battery is only on par with the 58Wh battery inside Surface Laptop Studio (which runs with i7-11370H CPU and NVIDIA 3050Ti and 2K 120Hz screen). - The fans spin up quite often. Although they are relatively quiet in terms of loudness, they produce a higher pitch noise and is more annoying than lower pitch ones. - Trackpad's clicking sound is a bit loud in quiet environment. - The automatic keyboard backlight control is only half useful. It only offers two levels: off in normal room light and brightest in pitch black environment. In the latter scenario the keyboard would be too bright and have to manually switch to low brightness mode. - There is no oleophobic coating on the screen, making it less pleasant to swipe on. Overall I would recommend getting this laptop at BestBuy's discounted price.

Good Laptop. The screen hinge starts becoming loose and the housing covers start falling apart.

Solid laptop, only issue is battery dies pretty fast. Other than that I love the picture and sound bar quality.

Purchased an open box “excellent condition” laptop online. Received it today opened the box. Laptop was dirty. Did not look like it was cleaned. Opened the latop up and a piece of it just popped off the laptop. So much for their tech team “inspection”. What a joke!
