They have to work on battery that is only downside.

Was open box purchased and I’m not sure if that was the issue. It overheated and took forever to cool down. Returned item

i ordered a lenovo computer with pen and i did not received. the computer is ok but i am not satisfied because best buy did not respond my solicitation... poor service at all

Best Buy You sold me an open box for more than a brand new would have cost me!!!!!!!! I don't think I will do business with you again. I will not recommend anyone to make any purchases anything at your place.

Over heating the computer while charging. I returned to the store.

Does great if you are using for entertainment and productivity. A big pro is that it can run netflix in 4k uhd and with dobly vision and atmos support, and the OLED panel, *chef's kiss*. Keyboard is a bit dissapointing though. Battery takes a massive hit when always running laptop in 4k. Just drop it down to 1080p when using for productivity other wise, and battery will be about 2-3 hours better.

Slim and responsive, battery charges quick and the display is fabulous. The speakers are loud and clear.

I think it's great. When I open the laptop it automatically turns on, and in 14 seconds it's ready for me to do what i need it to do. It has all the speed and memory I need. Windows 11 is great as well. It has the OLED display which looks great. It also has the convenient touch screen.

I am a Backend Engineer/Software Engineer. This can handle whatever I throw at it. Obviously gaming on this would be difficult at best. Thatbis not what this is for. It is heavy and thick in its size class. However this is precisely why it is so sturdy. If you need a larger laptop and/or Inking capability over the Dell Xps Plus this may suit you. The 16GB here is enough for any task a 1360P could otherwise undertake. If deciding between the two do not let memory be part of the equation. The Xps Plus is flimsy by comparison. It comes with the territory. This is a 40% larger and heavier machine. It foes in fact check every box that I require. It may for you as well. Notwithstanding it's heavy price tag.

Love this laptop. Very fast processing and easy to use. Worth the price

This is a good general purpose laptop. It works well and looks nice, good functionality. The only thing I don't like about it is the keyboard and trackpad are a bit too crunched up. Granted, it's easy enough to attach a keyboard so I don't fault it for that given its size and portability.

Great features, great sound, great touchscreen and functionality. Have zero buyers remorse. Best Buy rep in-store and on a call were very helpful and knowledgeable

Got this for my wife as main computer for her position as Project Manager and she has loved it so far. Great for multitasking and proceeses everything smoothly.

Great laptop, the 2-in-1 features are super convenient but works great as a traditional laptop as well. Processing speed has been fantastic and the 4K display is very nice.

I haven't had the laptop 9 months and having to send it to Lenova for repairs while still under warranty. I did not initially test the one USB port and am now finding it has never worked. The machine inititally powered up super fast and within just a few months dropped significantly in performance. I have had two prior Lenova 7 laptops for work--much cheaper and definitely much more impressive. The display is also not great on this laptop. It isn't crips, and lacks clarity. I would not recommend.

If you will all agree with me!.. this laptop has too many Lenovo branding!.. Lenovo & YOGA at the back of the lid and another Lenovo logo on the palm-rest, for me I think this really sucks and does not make the laptop premium enough. Aside from that, the build quality of the laptop is great and runs smoothly. I suggest only one brand logo should be placed at the back of the lid just like some of the premium brands like the "HP and Apple" and that should be enough to sell this Laptop after all we all know it's a Lenovo Laptop. On that note, I am rating it 2 stars.
