Going back happy. 14th June came to know that the letter "Q" Keeps typqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq 1. Warranty says 2 more month's are remaining. 2. This expensive Yoqa 9i 2-in-1 does not have international warrant

Best buy is dishonest
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The website suggested I'd save some money by buying an open box item in excellent condition and it clearly states it includes all the original accessories. I drove 70 miles to get it and when I got back home after another 70 miles drive I open led the box only to find a poorly packaged laptop that's been clearly heavily used, labeled as shelf display unit but also with the OS under someones name with some of his files in it (talk about customer privacy violation). Plus it is missing the drawing pen. I've been to the store 3 times today, 10 times on the phone and 1 time in a chat last night and so far nobody can help me or take responsibility for it.

At first the screen didn’t work, now there’s issues with the repair that was made. We haven’t had it working since after the first day he opened it. Not worth the money.
