Horrible horrible horrible. I spent $2k on a laptop and there is nothing but glitches. Can’t get on Zoom, can’t get Adobe acrobat to work, and have lost functionalities with Lenovo. Geek Squad does one thing and creates another problem. Need help ASAP and a fully functional laptop!!!!

It doesnt feel right to do anything other than rate this 1 star qnd spread the word since my email was stolen out of Best Buy's database and used to purchase this laptop fraudulently.

It's a really solid laptop! Had it for about 3 months now. It functions well, flipping it over to use like a tablet is super smooth, the screen is super bright and clear. It also loads really fast, can handle a lot of tabs at once, and the battery lasts me multiple days of hard work (maybe that's because it's newer tho). However, I originally bought this for the writing feature. But due to a lot of issues with the pen, it looks like I'm mostly going to be using this as a regular laptop. It still functions well as a laptop, but I'm disappointed since the writing feature was the reason I bought this instead of other laptops. Issues: There is no pen holder on the computer. Yes there is a magnet to hold the pen behind the screen, but this is a recipe for losing it if I need to put my laptop in my backpack. Another thing, I bought this computer specifically to handwrite. However, when my hand touches the screen while I write, it messes everything up. There is no feature to turn this off while you write. I have bought gloves to help this, but that is an extra step I did not want to deal with. Another thing, the pen is a bit bulky and has buttons right where I need to put my fingers, so I press them and it messes with what I'm writing. I need to position the pen just right in my hand before writing to avoid this. Last thing, it doesn't bother me too much, but this computer is a finger print magnet. After every use, there are many fingerprints, from the screen to the track pad, to the buttons, to the back of the computer. If you don't like that, this may not be the best option for you.

This laptop is awesome. I've dealt with a lot of laptops and their intergrated software and this laptop, takes the cake. The speed, graphics, and technology is just incredible.

Nice looking, slim, and does what I need. Love it!

So far so good, nothing concerning. It's light weight and the display is amazing at 3k OLED. The keyboard have a nice spring to it whichever makes it very satisfying to type on.

Honestly, it works wonderfully and does everything it says it does. My only frustration is that because it is so wifi dependent it freezes up the whole laptop if you are on a network that isn't strong enough to handle it alongside other people streaming or playing games.

I've always had a lenovo, but the yoga that I was replacing was 5 years old, still going good, and I thought now was the time to change it.
