    I purchased this item originally on December 16 2025. The laptop performed an update on January 1, 2026, which resulted in my losing my audio. On January 2, 2026, I exchanged the laptops. I need to wait to see if I lose audio again

    The AI copilot is fun, but I do feel like it’s early in its development, so there is room for improvement. I would rather these technologies were more affordable/accessible, as they are out of reach for many people who need it, and for this price, it should come with the MS Suite of products.
