Bought it for class and I love to have a million tabs open. This thing handles it all. Love the copilot feature for those tough questions. Display is nice and vivid but you can turn on the warmer tone at night to protect your eyes. Keyboard lights up which is perfect for late night assignments. 10/10

After weeks of watching glowing YouTube reviews, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this laptop—unfortunately, reality didn’t quite match the hype. Let’s start with the positives: It’s undeniably sleek, with a stunning display (though I never came close to the advertised 1100-nit HDR brightness in real use) and a keyboard/speaker combo that’s top-tier for premium laptops. Where things unravel is the Lunar Lake processor. For a chip touted as cutting-edge, it struggles with basic multitasking. During simple tasks like installing apps or opening browser tabs, I noticed persistent stuttering. Task Manager revealed constant CPU spikes to 100%—a frustrating sight on a brand-new device. What’s more, this isn’t an isolated issue: My previous experience with the HP Omnibook (also Lunar Lake 256V) showed identical hiccups, making me wonder if the platform itself is half-baked. Reviewers claimed the fans stay whisper-quiet, but mine spin up frequently—not jet-engine loud, but audible enough to break focus during light work. It’s puzzling how this wasn’t flagged in professional tests. Despite giving this laptop a fair shot, I’ve returned to my Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon X Elite. Night-and-day difference: Instant wake-ups, zero fan noise, and buttery smooth performance that makes Windows on Arm feel right for once. While there are still app compatibility quirks, the trade-off for silent, consistent power is worth it. This could’ve been a home run, but between the undercooked processor and inconsistent thermals, it feels like Intel and OEMs are still playing catch-up. If you prioritize silence and fluidity over raw specs, ARM laptops might already have the edge.

Great laptop especially because I like using tablet mode to play my piano sheet music. Perfect for piano players. Only thing that kind of stinks is no HDMI port. Also I upgraded it to Windows 11 Pro. Windows needs to get it together because Lenovo has to carry the performance of the PC with its own software. Setup on a Windows system is always so annoying these days. Gotta say no to every advertisement and offer they throw at you. I’m like, let me name my pc, set a password, and be done.

No sound on new computer download of drivers solved problem. Computer purchase brought about by windows 11 which is some what different than windows 10. Computer very sensetive but over all performance good. Hindsite a larger screen than 14" would have been preferred.

This machine is overkill for my daily use but I find that the OLED screen is pleasing to the eyes and is very sharp. For overall bang for the buck I purchased this on sale which in comparison to similarly priced machines provided an enhanced sense of reliability and style. The machine feels a bit heavy for it's size, but that's barely noticeable. Overall I would recommend this over similar ASUS, DELL, or HP offerings - that's just the opinion of this random Best Buy shopper.

Excellent computer for engineering major student. It meets the specs needed to take all the necessary classes for Engineering in college. Best Buy is the way to go for a college student to get the geek squad, so IF anything happens your college student can take it to a local Best Buy and not have to ship it off somewhere.

Very happy with the computer thus far! It's lightweight/easy to carry, nice touch screen with good color, and has been easy getting programs downloaded and connected for various projects.

The laptop is great in general but Lenovo apparently has some laptops that struggle with BIOS updates and this is one of them. So the first time I couldn't get it to update even with troubleshooting guidance and had to return and get a second one. The second one had the same problem but when I went through the troubleshooting it actually worked. So the overall rating gets a hit because of that weird situation that will probably happen anytime someone buys this laptop for however long it takes for that to stop being an issue.
