Poor customer services

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One month after purchase the sound stopped working and I thought I was sound drivers, I updated the sound drivers and nothing happened. I returned it to best buy but they said I don't have membership and I can't return or they can't check on it. Something I bought brand new worth over $1800. Best buy customer service is poor and they don't care. I contacted lenovo and they said the hardware is the issue and they need me to ship it to them. Such a waste of time with my school projects. A new laptop less that three months old never dropped it or anything and has hardware issues?? So fishy and creepy. Poor customer service from Best buy

Useless do not buy

Best Buy did a hard reboot and it restarted at Best Buy , I got to work and it didn’t work! 1,500$ paid I wouldn’t have fathomed having it be so useless. I’d like a refund. Please reach out to me.

Dont give your personal info to Best Buy

Horrible Experience

I spent $2k on a laptop and there is nothing but glitches. Can’t get on Zoom, can’t get Adobe acrobat to work, and have lost functionalities with Lenovo. Geek Squad does one thing and creates another problem. Need help ASAP and a fully functional laptop!!!!

To start, regarding the system stability issues, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
Also, please attempt to uninstall and reinstall the Zoom and Adobe software after updates are applied to see if this improves your experience as well.

Never recieved order from 3rd party delivery

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was supposed to be delivered by ontrac delivery, they fake signed delivery with no photo whatsoever, best buy refuses to do anything about this despite requiring a signature for delivery. Asked to verify signature and that it matches my actual signature, refuses to do so and says they wont do anything about it.

LENOVO YOGA Laptop
