    I like it a lot. The screen size is the only thing I didn't love, but the overall quality is great! Definitely has issues with the volume when flipping into tablet mode though.

    Expensive Junk - Do NOT Buy!

    I am very frustrated in this recent purchase. The laptop costs a lot of money. They keyboard feels very cheap. Also, I installed required updates and the sound no longer works. I have been on for many hours with Windows support now Lenovo. It's only a few months old. Read reviews, others have sound/audio issues as well. I wish I would have never bought this junk product. Coming from Apple, I never had audio issues and the laptop was a solid performer with no issues after updates!

    Purchased on sale, does what it was bought for, (school work). However does not reach advertised battery life and while it does run mostly smoothly, it still has bloatware.

      First, regarding battery life, the advertised battery life that's listed on this Yoga's product page is a result of the laptop being used under specific conditions. Since there are many variables to contribute to battery life, it will always be a range that varies depending on device workload, settings, and more. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.

      Next, with the bloatware you mentioned, we pride ourselves on trying to offer cleaner images for our users. If there is any non-essential software or apps that you do not wish to be installed on the device, you can remove them.     The speaker stopped working shortly after setup and now seeking help. The speaker bar is located on the hinge that is used to open and close the unit and seems it is broken after one month

    Touchpad not recognized, stylus pen missing

    I ordered this item as "open box in excellent condition." It unfortunately arrived without the stylus pen. The touchpad is defective and isn't recognized at all, likely due a firmware or hardware issue. The touchpad worked only once or twice after I updated the system, but disappeared after I rebooted the machine. Best Buy didn't provide any meaningful assistance over the phone. (I brought the machine with me overseas and couldn't return it within the return period.)

    Bad shopping experience open box

    I bought the laptop from Open Box Excellent, however, it didn't come with all the accessories as advertised. It was supposed to include a stylus that never arrived despite my complaint to customer service, and the charger wasn't the brand but an HP charger. The service was terrible, I've never experienced anything like this before, and it ended up being a bad experience.

    I’ve had this laptop for less than 4 months and it won’t turn on. I’ve tried every method to get a response or light to turn on…nothing. Apparently it’s a common issue with these.

    One month after purchase the sound stopped working and I thought I was sound drivers, I updated the sound drivers and nothing happened. I returned it to best buy but they said I don't have membership and I can't return or they can't check on it. Something I bought brand new worth over $1800. Best buy customer service is poor and they don't care. I contacted lenovo and they said the hardware is the issue and they need me to ship it to them. Such a waste of time with my school projects. A new laptop less that three months old never dropped it or anything and has hardware issues?? So fishy and creepy. Poor customer service from Best buy

    Useless do not buy

    DO NOT BUY! Worked great for a month and stopped working. Best Buy did a hard reboot and it restarted at Best Buy , I got to work and it didn’t work! 1,500$ paid I wouldn’t have fathomed having it be so useless. I’d like a refund. Please reach out to me.

    Horrible Experience

    Horrible horrible horrible. I spent $2k on a laptop and there is nothing but glitches. Can’t get on Zoom, can’t get Adobe acrobat to work, and have lost functionalities with Lenovo. Geek Squad does one thing and creates another problem. Need help ASAP and a fully functional laptop!!!!

    Never recieved order from 3rd party delivery

    Was supposed to be delivered by ontrac delivery, they fake signed delivery with no photo whatsoever, best buy refuses to do anything about this despite requiring a signature for delivery. Asked to verify signature and that it matches my actual signature, refuses to do so and says they wont do anything about it.
