Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Yoga Book 9i's dual OLED screens and innovative design, frequently praising its portability and impressive battery life for multitasking. However, some users have reported issues with the keyboard quality and limited RAM, while others expressed concerns about software functionality and the pen's reliability. The overall experience appears to be positive for many, but potential buyers should be aware of these reported drawbacks.

Great features but useless because Lenovo overrides the Intel graphic settings. My accessibility settings for brightness and contrast are overwritten every few months unless I disable the Lenovo services (that provide other standard functions). Lenovo support said that is the way it is - one set of settings for all people for the graphics and resolution. Horrible support. Will recommend to people I work with to avoid, especially if there is a need to change any graphic settings to make it readable / usable.

Awesome concept but the technology is not there yet. UI and integration use of the screen and keypad should be improved. It was buggy.

I bought this laptop for school and out of the box it was amazing. But after about an hour of trying to figure out how it worked and everything it stopped functioning properly. Lenovo customer support was no help and it never worked in a correct manner again. So, I returned it.

Do not buy if you don't like 200% display scaling

Generally I like this machine but there's a known issue (you can check on the Lenovo user forum) where the Lenovo display software always defaults the screen scaling back to 200% from what you set it at. Personally I prefer 150% but to have Lenovo's software change it back to 200% everytime the device sleeps is unacceptable. Further some users on the forum are saying the same software is messing with their external monitor settings. Lenovo offering "December" as a target to roll out fixes. Mind boggling for what should be a simple fix. Returning the device and watching from the sidelines until a fix is rolled out.

Six month into usage and a key on keyboard got broken. Lenovo does not respect warranty saying "it is physical damage".

I'm not a bot. I actually bought device from Lenovo and am currently in dental school and this laptop has been amazing! It might've been more useful for the type of studying and hw you'd do in undergrad than dental, but all the same, it's been amazing for productivity. I always had an external plug-in monitor for my old normal laptop and this is so much more flexible. Battery life has been fine, and it has a lot of decent battery saving features if you're worried about that. As for bugs, I haven't really had any. Power is more than sufficient to run Onenote, multiple Chrome tabs, Lenovo's proprietary SmartNotes app, and Anki flashcards no problem (the bottom screen just warms up a lot). Currently typing this on the on-screen keyboard. Yeah it's not as good as a normal keyboard, but if you're used to typing on a tablet, you'll be totally fine and it's perfectly sufficient to type out quick notes. Digital mousepad, Bluetooth keyboard, and mouse are surprisingly good. Pen might be the biggest weakness. It takes a few seconds to connect and occasionally will disconnect. I've had better pens on $500 laptops. But it's not bad at all.

5 stars even though I returned it!

I purchased this early on and I'm just fascinated by the dual screens. It's fairly fast though it does stutter some. The battery life is decent/good considering it has two screens. But to be honest I think this is perfect for a) people who absolutely need two large screens, b) those who can use it in an office, hotel room, or home office setup. But to be honest I actually found it cumbersome at times. It's just way to big for using both screens on an airplane. And it even seemed kinda weird using it in a coffee shop. And then the price - it's very expensive. So, I ended up going with the Asus Zenbook duo. I can use it in dual screen laptop form whenever it's open and the second screen with the keyboard is a real second screen unlike the 9i when the keyboard is attached. It's actually the perfect size for what I need a second screen for. And I paid less than $700. Hope this helps.

I purchased an open box unit, it came pretty fast, was really disappointed that an "Excellent" open box item didn't come with the original charger, im not faulting the item itself for something that Best Buy did, but i did get a great open box deal, and the screens look fantastic, very light. but a premium product with only 16GBs of ram and 512GB of storage is makes it a little more disappointing, but im not using it for anything but general computing and business applications so its not too bad.
