Stopped working after 4 days!

I am in grad school and the way I can research on one screen and write papers on the other screen is incredible. I can't imagine using anything else now. I love having the dual screen. I do use another keyboard instead of the one it came with. I used a logi popkeys keyboard and just works better for me. Again, I highly recommend this laptop. It is worth it.

I bought the premium on-site warranty. On-site guy couldn't fix it. Sent the thing to Houston for repair. They can't fix it, and their communication sucks. In the meantime, since i need a working computer, bought the Thinkpad x1 fold 16. Love that form factor. So far, no problems with that. But the yoga book 9i, i regret the purchase.
