  • Problems, bought premium warranty, still not fixed

    This computer has problems putting out video signal to USB C monitors. Check online. I bought the premium on-site warranty. On-site guy couldn't fix it. Sent the thing to Houston for repair. They can't fix it, and their communication sucks. In the meantime, since i need a working computer, bought the Thinkpad x1 fold 16. Love that form factor. So far, no problems with that. But the yoga book 9i, i regret the purchase.

    I absolutely love this computer. I hook this up to a monitor and have 3 screens- its small enough to work on a plane, in the car, on the couch....

    I buy this computer months ago and my computer no working good I sent to depo 2 times a one time they come where i live and they can’t fixed im not recommend this computer they don’t help to fix it
