    I LOVE how much more productive I can be on the go. I have to have dual monitors. I had to take an extra monitor with me, but this is all in one, and the setup is comfortable, allowing me to work anywhere.

    Love the laptop! The only small thing I don't like is that you can't unlock the screen so when you turn the computer it changes the direct of the screen. You have to do that in the settings. Not a big deal though.

    I really wanted to love this laptop but I couldn’t get past the constant glitches with the keyboard. The log in on every start up was hit or miss whether the keyboard would show up or not. This laptop isn’t as snappy as I thought it would be. The Speakers and the screen are amazing tho. I ended up reselling it to someone else. Would I get it again? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. The operating system isn’t polished enough for this laptop.

    It's very handy when travelling. Now I will only carry one device unlike before when I had to carry my laptop and an extra monitor. On the use of it, I am still getting used to it and learning functionalities, so I have no opinion yet.

    The two screen are great for productivity, permanece is average, not what you would expect from a premium computer. Accessories are cheap, the stand will not last you very long.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with some aspects of your system. We strive to provide the best experience possible, so we're disappointed and apologize that this wasn't the case for you. We'd like to work with you to try to improve your experience.

      To start, if your system is up to date yet performance falls short for you, this is likely a limitation due to the system's low wattage CPU. In order to prioritize battery life and keep internal heat at a minimum (higher wattage processors draw more power and product more heat because of this as well), the laptop uses a Core Ultra 7 processor that has a reduced power output. This was also to help reduce translating higher cost to the end user given that the system's unique dual OLED panel design drives up cost alone. Regarding your comment on the accessories, we appreciate this input and have already implemented improvements on the next generation of parts, but to help you now, we recommend contacting Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, to work with the Customer Care team for swift action as we look to resolve this matter for you and make things right.
