Glitches

I found something (Not tempered glass unfortunately) on Amazon but after 3 failed attempts for the right size. -My first one completely crashed and needed to be replaced with a brand new one. Issue with the screen rotation and software compatibility -The second one which I got was $1,500 due to a sale going on. -Overall, it's beautiful. I always have it wrapped in something to avoid scratches. -It's better than the other dual screen monitors for sure.

If you haven't already, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. Also, in the User Center app, under About, you should be able to check if you're using the latest version of the software.

Best Laptop Purchase Ever!

Lenova Yoga Floor Model

Regarding the software lagging behind, we're sorry to hear this, and we'd like to work with you to try to resolve this. We recommend by starting in the Lenovo Vantage app and select the Check for updates button on the home page, applying all available updates. Then, if you open the User Center app on your Yoga Book 9i, under the About tab on the left side of the app window, there should be a Check for updates button. Once you select this button, you should be prompted to update your software to the latest version.

Must have for WORK!
