Best laptop ever! Hands down!

It’s the best thing I’ve ever had for work! I get people asking me about it all the time at Starbucks or pretty much anywhere I’m out in public working on it. Dual screen heaven!!!

The dual screens have been awesome and I can't see going back to a single screen. I love the productivity I hqve been able to get. The only thing I wish is that BestBuy offered the 32GB memory model.

Now I will only carry one device unlike before when I had to carry my laptop and an extra monitor. The log in on every start up was hit or miss whether the keyboard would show up or not. This laptop isn’t as snappy as I thought it would be. The Speakers and the screen are amazing tho. I ended up reselling it to someone else. Would I get it again? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. The operating system isn’t polished enough for this laptop.

Also i love the touch screen and no log time when scrolling. multitasking is amazing. watching netflix while working lol

To start, if your system is up to date yet performance falls short for you, this is likely a limitation due to the system's low wattage CPU. In order to prioritize battery life and keep internal heat at a minimum (higher wattage processors draw more power and product more heat because of this as well), the laptop uses a Core Ultra 7 processor that has a reduced power output. This was also to help reduce translating higher cost to the end user given that the system's unique dual OLED panel design drives up cost alone. Regarding your comment on the accessories, we appreciate this input and have already implemented improvements on the next generation of parts, but to help you now, we recommend contacting Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, to work with the Customer Care team for swift action as we look to resolve this matter for you and make things right.

Glitches

I found something (Not tempered glass unfortunately) on Amazon but after 3 failed attempts for the right size. -My first one completely crashed and needed to be replaced with a brand new one. Issue with the screen rotation and software compatibility -The second one which I got was $1,500 due to a sale going on. -Overall, it's beautiful. I always have it wrapped in something to avoid scratches. -It's better than the other dual screen monitors for sure.

To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. Also, in the User Center app, under About, you should be able to check if you're using the latest version of the software.
