The log in on every start up was hit or miss whether the keyboard would show up or not. This laptop isn’t as snappy as I thought it would be. The Speakers and the screen are amazing tho. I ended up reselling it to someone else. Would I get it again? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. The operating system isn’t polished enough for this laptop.

To start, if your system is up to date yet performance falls short for you, this is likely a limitation due to the system's low wattage CPU. In order to prioritize battery life and keep internal heat at a minimum (higher wattage processors draw more power and product more heat because of this as well), the laptop uses a Core Ultra 7 processor that has a reduced power output. This was also to help reduce translating higher cost to the end user given that the system's unique dual OLED panel design drives up cost alone. Regarding your comment on the accessories, we appreciate this input and have already implemented improvements on the next generation of parts, but to help you now, we recommend contacting Lenovo Support at this number: 877-453-6686, to work with the Customer Care team for swift action as we look to resolve this matter for you and make things right.

Regarding the software lagging behind, we're sorry to hear this, and we'd like to work with you to try to resolve this. We recommend by starting in the Lenovo Vantage app and select the Check for updates button on the home page, applying all available updates. Then, if you open the User Center app on your Yoga Book 9i, under the About tab on the left side of the app window, there should be a Check for updates button. Once you select this button, you should be prompted to update your software to the latest version.
