I actually bought a surface pro, but traded it for this when I saw it in store. This was the same price, but this one came with the keyboard, mouse, pen and a second screen! Way better deal.

When I called support they wouldn't fix it without me sending it in. I have two jobs and school that I needed it for, so I couldn't send it in. Over the phone, they deemed it a software issue. Software glitches are also not included in their factory warranty.
