Luckily I got a new one on an exchange ! Computer is great !!

The only small thing I don't like is that you can't unlock the screen so when you turn the computer it changes the direct of the screen. You have to do that in the settings. Not a big deal though.

The virtual keyboard implementation is really really poorly done. Any UAC prompt will hijack the lower display. No apps on the little quick bar. Buy this if you want a sluggish overheating desktop replacement for two monitors. I wanted to love it so much, but it's a half baked product. Pros: OLED Screen looks really really nice. Too bad this is a computer and not just a monitor.

To start with thermal performance and UI issues, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
Also, check for updates via the User Center app > About > Check for updates. We hope that this helps, and please don't hesitate to let us know what else we can do to improve your experience, as your satisfaction is important to us.

The Keyboard keys are falling off and computer glitches often. We are just 7 months into the school year and I need to purchase her a new laptop. Best Buy not very helpful with issues nor is Lenovo—have a factory warranty and extended warranty. Both are not usedul. I’ll purchase a different PC brand from a different retailer. Disappointed all around.

Best Buy doesn't care about their customers

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this "open box excellent" and it arrived dirty with fingerprints all over the glass and a scratch in the corner. Plus, it was missing the PEN. I contacted customer support and they said they would send out a replacement, but cancelled my order an hour later. I called back and tried to explain the situation, but the CSR hung up on me. One of my local stores had an "open box excellent" in stock, so I went to "exchange" it, but since the sale ended 2 days earlier, they wanted to charge me an additional $665. What?? I'm not buying it NEW, but open box and they want more money? If I bought it NEW, they would've done an even exchange and It wouldn't have cost me anymore. Best Buy has gone so downhill. I'm sure they will edit or just not post this review, but their customer service is horrible. If they're going to do an even exchange for a new purchase, why not do the same for "open box"? I'll be returning this and shopping somewhere else. Oh and through all this, NO ONE even offered me a replacement PEN.
