Well I've had it for a little over a month now and have been enjoying it. It's quick, quiet, and the touch screen/keyboard combo makes it convenient. Only issue I have is not being able to get it to recognize my printer, but that may be on me or the fact that I have an older printer that isn't supported. Also the video quality is really good!

I'm running three accounts on Chrome OS, android and linux apps going full time, powering two displays and using external bluetooth keyboard and mouse. It gets a little weird when I'm also using bluetooth headphones so I've switched to wired. Otherwise i'm putting this thing through its paces and I'm astonished at what a $500 chromebook can do!

I just can't. The vagueness of the OS leaves me to wonder what is missing. The Chromebook is also quite large. So large, it wouldn't fit in my large laptop bag. I would only recommend this Chromebook to someone if they are looking for a large screen size for watching Movies in small spaces. Otherwise, don't bother.

This device will fit in any universal computer case made for a 15.6" laptop. This Chromebook uses the Chrome Operating System. Issues but it's speed makes up for everything else

I am a power user and have dozens of windows open at the same time. There is a color shift issue on some units which is why there are a ton of open box units... You'll notice it on blues & orange, its documented on the Lenovo forum...so in regards to "open box" units, buyer beware. I ended up buy a new unit after going thru a couple of open boxes. No keyboard backlit, it you've had it before, this will drive you crazy because you are never 100% sure of the keys(yes if I could type this won't be an issue...lol) Lack of ports: Only one USB A and two USB C ports. I ended up getting a USB C hub so I could connect cat and power and add another USB A(http://technomad.link/j5usbcadapter) all at the same time. Power button on the side, not a flaw but a reminder that the power button is on the side. On the keyboard the key where the power button would normally be is just a lock button. I found myself pushing and holding it for a long waiting for it to power off when all that will do is lock it...lol if you've had previous Chromebooks and your at the point where you're waiting in between shifting tab for it to refresh or you've loaded a bunch of android apps... The only problem was, I had to return it becouse it is a chromebook, and not compatible with the recording equipment I purchased. I did not realize a chromebook is chromebook, and does not have windows, so I could not use it for what I wanted. That's the only reason I had to return it. It is a very fast computer, and I did like it.

My son is familiar with chrome, so the different operating system was not an issue. It exceeds the requirements for online classes. Further, this Chromebook is fast and has great graphics. Used it to stream Disney+ over wifi on a 60" TV. The picture was great.

A Great Workhorse Machine

The battery life is GREAT. I mean 12-15 hours with a bazillion tabs open. I also love the fact that I can run Linux and Android apps. The speakers are a little quiet. However, the build quality of this machine is great. Feels very "pro".

Tablet, stand, laptop- perfect for me. I use it for recipes in the kitchen, shopping, games and documents like resumes and budgets. Very user friendly. Nice weight, too. There was a mix up and they could not find the laptop I order. However they where able to get him another computer for the same price. It's fast, the touchscreen is responsive and a neat feature. Easy and nice to use (the keyboard is so nice). Only minor complaints are that the front facing camera is adequate but isn't the best and speakers could be louder but these are minor given how great the computer is overall.
