My only complaint is that the laptop went on sale for $200 off just after our return period, and it’s a great laptop for the lower price. Just wait for a sale and it’s a much better value.

I enjoy the touch screen and the fingerprint scanner! If I had to give it one con, it would be the battery! I feel like it doesn’t last as long as I would prefer, especially for the amount of time that I’m on it! Other than that, it serves it’s purpose and I was able to get it on sale which was a plus!

Camera quality is good, and easy to turn off and on provides easy privacy during web conferencing. Touchscreen gives a sense of another level of control, working very interchangeable with keyboard commands. I definitely encourage it be considered for anyone's laptop needs.

All I can say is that I love my purchase and I have not come across any problems. I noticed some complaints about the camera and I had the same problem, until I read the instruction manual. All I had to do was move the privacy shutter that was covering my camera and walla, it was fixed.

You can keep your computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. This was a gift to my wife who fell in love with it not 5 minutes after using it. I'm jealous. She previously had a larger, heavier Lenovo which was a good strong laptop, but a little heavy for her to find comfort. The solid state drive makes response time FAST. I would recommend to anyone.

Super easy to use, processor is adequate for how it is used (14 year old daughter's school and play computer). The monitor is surprisingly good and responsive, my daughter uses it a good bit for drawing and sketching. Build quality is impressive and size makes it super portable.

I have the option to use it like a laptop or a tablet! The finger sensory saves time and effort to ensure easy access when logging in to your computer! I would not necessarily recommend buying this at the normal price of 800, but if you can get at least 100 off like I was able to, its a solid deal. For the 600 I payed, this was an amazing computer and well worth it. For 800, not so much.

The keypad is solid with a backlight that has two settings. The casing is stronger than competitors. The images on screen are crisp and bright. It responds quickly to the touch. The sound is fantastic for a laptop. I love the metalic green. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for virtual school

I was worried about the durability of a touch screen and a 13 year old but it has been perfect, works perfectly and has been trouble free. It has been taken back and forth to school, found in bed, and on the floor and not one issue with it. Highly recommend.

This is the BEST purchase for a university laptop. Its fast and does everything you need it to and doesn't overheat like my past MacBook. Has a long battery life also
